Book a 30-minute ERP architecture audit, get a written blueprint in 48 hours

A senior ERPStack engineer reviews your operational stack on the call and sends a custom systems architecture blueprint in writing within 48 hours — the risks found, the recommended design, and the order to build it. Free, no commitment, yours to keep.

What the 30-minute audit covers

  • Data modelYour entities and relationships, and where PostgreSQL constraints should be doing work that spreadsheet discipline does today.
  • IntegrationsThe REST, GraphQL and webhook contracts between SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce or your accounting package and the new system.
  • ComplianceWhich of SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS or ISO 27001 you are audited against, and which of those controls belong in the schema rather than in a policy document.
  • AccessSSO over SAML or OIDC, RBAC role design, and where JWT sessions should be short-lived.
  • InfrastructureThe AWS or Microsoft Azure regions your data must stay in, the Terraform layout to get there, and what Docker gives your developers across all 3 environments.
  • Front endWhether a Next.js 16 and React 19 rebuild is warranted, or the existing interface can sit on a new API.
  • Delivery plan2-week sprints, the first 3 milestones, and a costed range inside the $25,000–$250,000 band.
  • Exit positionWhat you would hold if the engagement stopped after milestone 1 — repository, schema, infrastructure-as-code, and a perpetual licence to all of it.

Before you send it

What happens after I send this form?

A senior ERPStack engineer reads it and replies within 48 hours. There is no SDR queue and no qualification call before you reach an architect. If the fit looks right we book the 30-minute audit call and walk your current stack, integrations and compliance obligations. If it does not, ERPStack says so and points you at the option that does fit — sometimes that is an off-the-shelf suite rather than a custom build.

What is the free architecture audit, exactly?

A 30-minute call with a senior ERPStack engineer, followed within 48 hours by a written architecture brief. The brief maps your current ERP, CRM and integration landscape against the design we would recommend, names the risks it found — data residency, missing audit trails, single points of failure — and puts the fixes in order. It costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and the document stays yours to hand to any other vendor.

Do I need to prepare anything before the call?

No preparation is required, though 4 things make an ERPStack audit sharper: a rough seat count, the systems the new one must integrate with (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, a warehouse or accounting package), the compliance regime you fall under such as SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA or GDPR, and the process that currently runs on spreadsheets. Screenshots are enough — ERPStack does not need database access to write the brief.

What if we are not ready to start a project?

That is a normal outcome and ERPStack treats it as one. Plenty of audits end with a written brief and no engagement: the brief is still yours under a perpetual licence, to implement internally or hand to another firm. No follow-up sequence is attached to it. If timing changes in 6 or 18 months, you start from a costed architecture rather than a blank page, and nothing about the earlier brief expires.

How does ERPStack protect information shared during the audit?

ERPStack routinely executes a mutual non-disclosure agreement before inspecting system telemetry, so workflows, database exports, credentials and business plans are covered from the first call rather than from contract signature. The form itself stores only the fields you fill in, and it is rate-limited and honeypot-protected rather than fronted by a third-party widget. What is collected, and why, is set out in the ERPStack privacy notice.

Can we send a written RFP instead of booking a call?

Yes. Email the RFP to support@erpstack.io and an ERPStack architect replies in writing within 48 hours; a call is offered, never required. For structured procurement we answer against your own security questionnaire, and the company fact sheet already covers the registered entity, contract structure, Net-30 payment terms, governing law by client region, and the control baselines client systems are engineered to meet.
